We have been using Urban Desert for a few months now, and have been very impressed both with the quality of the treatment and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.  We recently had Matt, Codie, and Keegan come out to do a termite treatment (which was quite a bit more involved than I realized) but they were quick, clean, and professional, all wearing masks (thank you!).

We also love that we can text you for scheduling! So convenient! Appointments start on time and it's easy to communicate with the technician.

Adam went above and beyond! He helped to work around my over-protective dogs and I was super appreciative of the extra effort. He was able to accommodate me having to move my dogs to the backyard halfway through the spray and did it all with a smile. Wes was extremely friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant to talk to. It was so incredibly easy to set up an appointment through yelp messaging. I received a text when Wes was 15-30 min away. We hadn't sprayed in a long time and had issues with spiders, crickets, ants and silver fish. He took care of it all! The service was s totally reasonable price for inside and outside or just outside. We will definitely be using West Coast again!!

We recently signed up for the bi monthly service and are very happy so far. We did see an increase in bugs after the first visit, but they told us this was normal and expected, and now we've noticed fewer and fewer bugs outside and inside. Very professional as well!

Bill's Pest & Termite Control came to our home as scheduled for a full exterior Termidor application for the control of subterranean termites. With excellent supervisory oversight, the treatment went well with no problems at all & our property kept neat/clean.

Bill's was able to avoid drilling the decorative stamped & stained  concrete front entry walkway & rear patio deck. They were able to inject Termidor into the expansion joints at full rate & get very good coverage. Bill's also avoided drilling into the garage cabinet bottoms by angle drilling from outside to beneath the garage cabinets w/ no injection points visible above the soil line.

We found Bill's level of conscientiousness & professionalism to be extremely high which was surprisingly satisfying to us as a customer these days. Unlike all the other pest control providers, never at any point did Bill's blow sunshine up our dress or ever try to upsell or lock us into any extra services or agreements or anything. We really felt that they believed in having the firm satisfaction of doing a great job right. We're confident that our home will be termite-free for years to come & we'll stay a loyal customer for as long as they continue to carry on as they haved demonstrated.

I appreciate how quickly they were able to schedule and treat for weeds. I have 0.6 acres of irrigated lawn. Other companies wanted me to wait until a truck was in the area, which would have been into March.  Custom Weed scheduled me within two weeks of my call. They were more expensive than others I spoke with for the same treatment, but Custom Weed warrantees their work. The others did not. If for some reason my weeds insist on growing three weeks from now, Custom Weed will re-treat. The warranty is good for three months. In the business of weeds, that is many lifetimes and worth the extra $40.

Had rat activity in our sheds and heard a few thuds in the attic. Tried dealing with it on our own but it was a nightmare and the problem seemed to be getting worse- droppings everywhere! That's when we found Desert West. Within 2 weeks the problem was completely eradicated, and we got rid of more rats than I could have imagined. We were up against more than we could've handled alone, and he made it such an easy fix at a great price. Couldn't thank Joseph enough!

We moved into our home about 2 years ago. We had a major scorpion and roach problem. Not any more! Frontino came to our door and we're SO RESPECTFUL! You can always tell when people are just trying to sell you something to meet a quota. They truly made me believe they were passionate about pest control and improving our community. I've even called to get them to come back to spay in between services and they did it for FREE! Would recommend to anyone that hates bugs and loves top notch companies.

This is the first pest control company I've used but chose them after seeing their great reviews on Yelp.  They are knowledgeable and thorough at explaining everything whether on the phone or in person.  The 2 techs I've met are friendly, professional, and prompt.  They give you an hour time frame of arrival and have been punctual both times.  I just had my house initially sprayed yesterday for scorpions, crickets, spiders, and sugar ants that made their way in my house.  I've already noticed lots of dead buggies around my house and they gave me several packets of liquid ant killer that definitely work.  Would definitely recommend.
